I have worked with Jeremy since filing for divorce in 2015. Jeremy listened to my concerns and then gave me practical advice on how to proceed based on his experience with Larimer County, divorce and child support laws, and what is best for children and the coparents involved in these cases. If you are willing to listen to someone who has seen a lot, put aside your pride, and do whats going to be best for your family then you want an advisor like Jeremy. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear he told me what I needed to hear about the reality of the various situations I faced. Thanks to Jeremy I have made it to the emancipation of my youngest child without losing my mind, dignity, or children.

I have hired Jeremy as my attorney on two different occasions to represent me during extremely stressful situations. He was incredibly compassionate and took time to really listen to me. If you are having a difficult divorce I highly recommend Mr. Shufflebarger. He was empathetic and attentive while also being strategic and saying whether something was worth the time and money. He is a stark contrast to many family lawyers that utilize intimidation and taunting tactics, furthering the conflict rather than resolving. When he was crossing the respondent’s witness he was still polite and respectful whereas the opposing lawyer was very rude and dismissive to my witness.
