Jeremy Shufflebarger has been working in the fields of domestic relations, mental health law, Department of Regulatory Agencies, and adoptions since 2012. The Shufflebarger Law Office, P.C. specializes in assisting mental health professionals with practice management, ethical and legal consultations, and DORA compliance/defense. Jeremy has provided numerous trainings and presentations for mental health professionals and organizations that support and train mental health professionals. His firm also represents two adoption agencies in Colorado and facilitates private adoptions for parents seeking to adopt. Jeremy has been greatly influenced by his wife's work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. Due to her amazing work with families and children, Jeremy has a unique insight into representing mental health professionals and is dedicated to providing family members with quality representation in domestic relations matters, including divorces, adoptions, relinquishment of parental rights, and juvenile matters.
